Simplifying Senior Living helps families discover senior living and care options available that best meet their loved ones needs. When it is time to relocate to an independent, assisted living, or memory care facility, we are able to help you understand your options and make an informed decision.

Our Living Options Specialists provide carefully researched pricing and availablity to assist senior clients and family members with reviewing available living options. We will answer questions until the senior client and family feel comfortable in making the final decision. This service is always provided at no cost to the senior and their family.   

Kara Anderson, Owner and President, has over 25 years experience in service to seniors, education, and advocacy in the assisted living industry. Kara provides education to seniors, their families, and senior healthcare professionals to encourage a better understanding of assisted living services and how aging in place can be accomplished in Florida. As a State Certified Assisted Living Core Trainer and State Certified Alzheimer's Trainer, Kara is able to use her decades of facility experience and regulatory knowledge for the benefit of her clients.
